Quick Solve Property Services Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction and Definitions These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Quick Solve Property Services ("the Company"). "Customer" refers to any individual or entity engaging the Company for services. "Contract" is the agreement for the Company to perform specified works ("Works") as outlined in provided estimates or related documents.
2. General Provisions 2.1 The Company may categorize Customers as either Account or Non-Account Customers at its discretion. 2.2 These Terms govern all estimates, instructions, and work authorizations, superseding any other terms put forth by the Customer. 2.3 The Contract embodies all agreements for the Works' execution, with no outside representations influencing the Customer’s decision. 2.4 Only written, mutually agreed modifications to the Contract are binding. 2.5 These Terms do not provide third-party enforceable rights, in line with The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
3. Estimates, Pricing, and Variations 3.1 Charges for Works are based on the Company’s standard rates unless an accepted written estimate states otherwise. 3.2 Estimates are valid for 28 days and subject to withdrawal prior to acceptance. 3.3 The Company reserves the right to adjust estimates based on unforeseen cost increases or inaccuracies in provided information. 3.4 A standard collection fee is applied for sourcing materials not in standard van stock. 3.5 Pricing and estimates exclude Value Added Tax, which will be added as applicable.
4. Payment Terms and Ownership 4.1 Non-Account Customers must pay upon completion of the Works. 4.2 Account Customers are invoiced post-completion, with payment due within 30 days. 4.3 Ownership of materials and parts remains with the Company until full payment is made.
5. Description of Works Descriptions in promotional materials are intended as general overviews and do not constitute part of the Contract.
6. Scheduling and Delays All commencement and completion dates are estimates. The Company is not liable for any delays.
7. Permits and Site Access 7.1 Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and ensuring site access. 7.2 Customers must maintain safe working conditions and inform the Company of potential hazards.
8. Amendments and Waivers No amendments or waivers of these Terms are valid unless made in writing and authorized by the Company.
9. Cancellation and Fees Cancellations require written notice and may be subject to fees to cover any incurred costs by the Company.
